A standard HVAC diagnostic callout is billed at $89 to $129. We arrive with digital manifold gauges, multimeters, and leak detection gear, inspect the physical system, measure operating parameters, and provide an exact labor cost before starting repairs.

If your system requires mechanical repairs, labor typically ranges between $150 and $650 depending on whether we are replacing a dual-run capacitor, clearing an iced coil, or pulling a blower assembly. Full system changeouts run between $6,500 and $18,000 based on equipment tonnage and duct transitions.

For general trade work in Memphis, including drywall patching, plumbing shut-off valve replacements, and light electrical work, labor is billed at $36 to $59 per hour during regular hours, and $65 to $95 per hour for emergency calls. We charge for honest hours and honest parts, nothing else.
